STORAGE

1. At room temperature, crumb cake has a twelve day shelf life.

2. Keep cake covered.

3. Frozen cake may be stored up to six months.

4. Cake may be thawed and re-frozen.

5. Do not refrigerate (refrigeration dries out the streusel topping).
