We want every cake you receive from us to arrive fresh and perfect. Please take a moment to inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

Refunds & Replacements

We’re happy to refund or replace any damaged items within 2 days of delivery.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us right away at (631) 249-3456.

Shipping Issues

Please note that shipping-related problems (such as tampered, damaged, or lost packages) should be addressed directly with UPS, not Hahn’s Old Fashioned Cake Co.

Shipping issues may include:

1. Tampered packages (by humans, animals, or insects)

2. Damaged packaging

3. Lost shipments

To help ensure safe delivery, we recommend leaving a note for your UPS driver with specific instructions on where to leave your package — ideally in a secure, shaded spot, off the ground, and safe from animals, insects, or direct sunlight.

Important Notes

1.  Refunds or replacements are only issued for issues caused by Hahn’s Old Fashioned Cake Co. (e.g., quality control or incorrect orders).

2. All UPS packages are sent with a “shipper’s release”, meaning no signature is required for delivery.

3. It’s ultimately up to the UPS driver’s discretion whether a package is left or not.

4. We recommend having someone available to receive the package, especially for apartment complexes or office buildings.

5. We cannot be held responsible for packages left unattended or delivered while the recipient is out of town.

Before placing an order, please make sure someone will be available to receive your delivery.
